Our Story
Pro-seal Developments was founded with a single ambition: to build things properly. In an industry where corners are too often cut and promises too easily broken, we set out to be different — a building company that clients in Sunderland and across the North East could genuinely trust.
Based in Sunderland, we've grown steadily over two decades into a full-service construction company working on projects throughout Tyne and Wear and the wider North East. From home extensions and renovations to multi-unit commercial developments, our reputation has been built one project at a time.

Managing Director
James founded Pro-seal Developments in 2003 after 10 years working for major regional contractors. He oversees all projects and remains personally involved in client relationships.
Sarah Mitchell
Commercial Director
Sarah manages all commercial tendering, contracts, and client accounts. With a background in quantity surveying, she ensures every project is costed and managed with precision.
Tom Reeves
Site Director
Tom leads our on-site operations, managing our site managers and subcontractor network. His 18 years of site experience means nothing gets missed.
